At The Residence at Lopo, residents enjoy three, well-balanced meals served daily in the main dining room. Our dining staff make every effort to provide a variety of foods for residents who are managing special diets. Menus indicate low-salt, low-fat, and sugar-free items. A dietitian is available for consultation to residents. The Residence at Lopo also offers a continental, self-serve breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
The Residence at Lopo is well-known for its delicious offerings, including a wide variety of homemade soups and stews, fresh seafood, specialty sandwiches, flavorful salads and home-style meals. The Residence at Lopo is fortunate to have had the same team of talented chefs and cooks for many years. Dining staff learn the needs of residents and cater directly to their tastes. Friends and visitors are welcome, adding to the enjoyment of meals.
Many residents have dietary concerns or have been advised by their physician to include nutritional supplements. The Dining Services Director and staff meet with each resident to assure proper nutritional supplements are provided and dietary needs are met. Upon request, food can be cut up in the kitchen, ground or pureed.
